We are conducting a 45 mins GuiXT training workshops for the SAP IT / Users (1 to 1). Ever since we started this initiative 6 months ago, more than 100 SAP customers / partners have attended this workshop. For more information on GuiXT and its purpose in SAP, please read the following sections below.

| About GuiXT |

GuiXT is a software component that already comes bundle with the SAP system that you purchased. |

Activating GuiXT in SAP turns your SAP into a very simple and user friendly system to use. For example, your SAP can now be as simple as an ATM machine with quick user adoption and almost no training needed. |

Example 1:
A transaction in the standard SAP system might needs the users to go through 10 screens and see a lot of unnecessary fields. Activating GuiXT allows the same transaction to be done in 1 screen and showing only the 8 or 9 needed fields. |

Example 2: A complex navigation in the standard SAP system that needs the users to remember many clicks, links, tabs, buttons, screens can now be re-presented in one screen in a step by step format. |

Demo 3: How to use GuiXT “Mobile” to instantly allows your users to access your SAP system from a handheld device without having to do any SAP setup or configuration. This will be extremely useful for companies who use SAP for their Logistics, Warehousing and Plant Maintenance operations. |

Demo 4: How to use GuiXT “Offline” to allow your SAP users to do SAP transactions in Offline mode. |

Demo 5: How to use GuiXT “Fuzion” to allow your SAP users to access SAPGui screens through a web browser. GuiXT “Fuzion” also allows simplified SAPGui screen(s) to be displayed on the SAP Enterprise Portal screen as a frame or small window. |

All simplification are done on the SAPGui Layer without affecting the business logic layer of the SAP configuration. |
