IT Executive - 2nd Level Support |
| Responsibilities: |
|
Provide 2nd level support to end users or requestor (internal and external). |
|
Administrate and manage servers, network equipments, LAN, UPS, data backup and |
| |
other daily operations. |
|
Ensure all policies, procedures and other documentations are kept up-to-date. |
|
Analytical, articulate, result-oriented and provide excellent follow-up. |
|
Compiling and updating the current issues list, documenting and contributing |
| |
resolutions and content to knowledge base. |
|
Provide regular reports and ensure service levels are met. |
|
Liaise and co-ordinate with vendors. |
| |
|
| Requirements: |
|
Possess Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or its |
| |
equivalent. |
|
Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems (2000/2003/2008)/ |
|
Database Administration is a pre-requisite. |
|
Knowledge of WAN, LAN and TCP/IP based network architecture and protocol is a |
| |
pre-requisite. |
|
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this |
| |
position. |
|
A good team player and able to work under minimum supervision. |
|
Able to work independently, resourceful and multi-task. |
|
Must possess own transport and able to travel within short notice. |
|
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. |

Developing and maintaining multimedia applications especially in courseware |

development, website or internet-based application development. |

Computer Science/Informations Technology, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or |

equivalent. |

Required skill(s): ActionScript 2.0, SCORM and other multimedia development tools/ |

languages such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc. |
|
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required. |

Ability to work well independently and in a team environment with minimum |

supervisions. |
