We can structure an engagement tailored to customer’s needs and base on what will make the most impact to customer’s business such as short-term engagements focused on technical project planning including infrastructure design, deployment plans, and design reviews.
For each project engagement, we always phase the project engagement into a series of manageable tasks. This approach of meeting customer’s project needs offers the following advantage:
• Better management visibility and control over the fulfillment of project goals.
• Enhance ability to adjust project scope in specific task areas.
• Mitigation of project risks through an iterative process with incremental commitment.
• Clearly define the project deliverables for each phase.

Our Consultant work on a time and material basis, so if any project engagement uses fewer hours than stated in the project proposal, customers will not be charged for the unused hours. Every effort will be made to complete any project engagement ahead of schedule.
The rate for each Consultant engaged in project differs based on the skills and experience level as indicated below:

A ONE TIME ONLY 20% discount of the Consultant rate is given to any first time customers engaging Persoft’s Consultant(s) in any project. Customers entitled for the discounted rate will be billed based on the rate in the following table:
