TechSoft Support (ServePack)

1. Helpdesk operational hours will be from 9am – 5pm on Monday to Friday.

2. Support for extended hours would be as indicated below:

Monday to Friday

• 5pm – 9pm: 1.5 support points per hour
• 9pm – 12am: 2 support points per hour
• 12am onward: 3 support points per hour


Saturday and Sunday

• 9am – 5pm: 2 support points per hour
• 5pm – 12am: 2.5 support points per hour
• 12am onward: 3 support points per hour

3. All support hours may be utilised for any support means from existing hardware to application.

4. Servepack covers Windows Server, Exchange Server, Microsoft Proxy Server, Microsoft ISA Server, Microsoft Operation Systems and Microsoft Applications no later than 2 versions from the existing version released.

5. Servepack is a troubleshooting assistance package and are not valid for use as new product installation inclusive servers and operating systems products.

6. Each Servepack is valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

7. This proposal is subject to other terms and conditions stipulated and agree by both parties.

8. The initial purchase of Servepack can be the Starter Pack or any other Servepack package.

9. Upon purchase of the Starter Pack, the next minimum continuation hours would be at least 40-man hours.

10. Any on-site calls made beyond the Klang Valley Area will incur travelling charges. Rates are dependent upon location. Please call for reference.
