Microsoft Offers Malaysian Customers Premier Support and Services for Greater Reliability and Competitive Advantage  

Microsoft Malaysia today appointed its first two Premier Microsoft Certified Support Centers (MCSCs) in Malaysia to offer local businesses a greater degree of stability, reliability and responsiveness. The appointment of Computer Systems Advisers (M) Bhd (CSA) and Persoft Systems Sdn Bhd (Persoft) as the first such centers is testimony of Microsoft’s commitment to raising its customer satisfaction levels by providing greater quality of service, technical excellence and support capabilities for businesses in the country. The appointment also signals Microsoft’s intentions in building the local software and services industry.
